I'm not buying food here anymore. they have a sign that flashes their phone number outside and closes all the inside foods, and they have a big plastic barrier on the doorstep and the dame I encountered was absolutely rude about it. if I asked why we still do that, since mandate goes away? can not support this type of posture that is too bad as eating is actually quite good. the adjustment is a great part of what we need to do now, but my opinion is that this is about the top and rude behavior, if simply ask, is not great.

Since most stalls just get out now, and this restaurant always had a large part of its business activity, as they would think that it would have this to date to a science. at a recent visit we ordered 1 hour in advance to ensure that the order would be ready. at the arrival they must wait in their vehicle until they see that their handy comes on a roll screen. That's good. we waited until well after we had asked the time to go to see what was going on. the woman in the money was very rude and said she was coming out until she sees her number. we went out and waited 15 minutes and tried to go back in to find out what was going on. again she cried to go until they see the number. at this point we refused to go until she gave us the order. unnecessary to say that she was not happy about it, because now other customers began to secure outside. she finally commanded us. no excuses or credits for our wasted time. We've been here since she's opened, but we're done now.

Fermenting rancid plum sauce that was advised by rotting apples. they asked me to get a new one. Now I finished eating so...hard no when I called to explain, I was asked to drive it back to them, a 20 minute round trip....I don't think so. I asked for a dozen complementary egg rolls or something on my next order, and the owner offered me 10% what they already give when they pay money (sketchy told, he was loosing a more common customer and he had no worry about it. seriously bad customer service skills and retention of former loyal customers.

We really enjoyed each other. good quality and portion size. we look forward to our next order for takeout

We are visiting Manotick and wanted some Chinese food for dinner. This restaurant seemed to get good reviews, so we ordered a couple of dishes for take away. We found the Chow Mein to be greasy and tasteless and the veggies totally overcooked. The beef...in the Happy Dish, which was one of the Chef’s Speciality, also also lacked flavour, had the same overcooked vegetables, the beef was dry and chewy and, although it said it included scallops, there were none to be found in the dish. We found these dishes to be all about quantity not quality. Sadly, we would not recommend this place to others nor will we return.
