I'm not really that knowledgable with alcoholic drinks so I really appreciated when our mixologist whipped up a drink that I liked just by asking if I want anything sweet or fruity. I also like that they ask for your names so when they serve you they address you by your name. Great experience.
Seeing the mixologist whip up your drink makes you feel safe, since you know and can see what they;re putting in your drink.
