Gloria Maris - Malate

Even if this branch is not anymore as modern as the other Chinese restos and the location is a bit hidden unless you'll pass by from this location, I rated it Five.It's spacious and has function rooms with Manila Bay view which fit for Meetings and exclusive family dates far from the busy streets of Malate and Roxas Boulevard.Above all, the service is impeccable. You'd feel the staffs willingness to serve and most of all...the food, all of that we tried is excellent!

More than 10 years ago here? we had some guests (family friend) and the second time to visit ph. I have to say it was a great experience. Chinese food in its best moa is not yet available and no food apps to check places, so it was hard to look for a hooded restaurant to show guests around. but good that we found this place because they loved eating here.

Visited here an event in gloria maris and overall I was satisfied with her eating, love it! we were served with more or less 10 dressed and I especially loved her mochi with mango fillings and malay ko for dessert. the mochi was really something different, textual wise it was so fine. the skin was thin as a valuable xiao long bao and the filling was mango bits with cream. for the net was the highlight for me her dampened crab, it was juicy and sweet. I also loved her elan guisado. for appetizers was their suppe, the haieflos in crab bits was a winner.

I visited a party. now gloria is known for its authentic Chinese food. love you eating. but do not know if all gloria maris resto are equal. they have differed in the servier or food presentation. but eating is well tasted. space is nice. service is good.
