Caffe Nero Manchester Mosley Street

Walked in at 11:30 to be told they were closing at 12:00 and could only serve coffee in takeaway cups. Terrible.

Good food and coffee as expected from a cafe Nero. However service wasn 't great after trying to apply a Birthday treat voucher for some cake which just didn 't work with no explanation why (even after reading t&c 's! Staff uninterested in helping even though it wasn 't busy! The store itself was super super hot and uncomfortable to even stand in line and order, and this was on a fairly cool day outside.

2/7/2023 9:30 Waste my time cueing for buying. The front customer was trying to pay with the 50-pound note, and the staff refused the note due to their company policy, however, the most serious thing is the staff were using more than 3 mins to explain why they are refusing. For god sake, am I cueing the information center, I really doubt and need to catch our train, therefore we have to leave since we did not even know how long will she finish explaining, this is a waste of our time.

Decent enough cafe to grab a drink and watch the world wander past for half an hour or so.

A place to grab a drink and go and wipe your feet on the way out. Felt very dirty in this place. Tired furniture and whats that saying about having dirty windows?
