Service was terrible. We wanted to order Dessert and instead our waiter came back with the check. I had a voucher for our meal of waiters took it and disappeared for half an hour completely forgotten about us. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Maybe that's why this TGI FRIDAYS was close on a Saturday night. Not our first experience with lousy service here View all feedback.
Came here around 6:30 on Cinco de Mayo (a Sunday) and surprised to find the restaurant empty. Despite signs all over restaurant and email promotion touting $5 margaritas all day, we were told by server “we’re out of house tequila, how about a beer instead?” What about other tequilas? Well that’s not an option. Food was mediocre. Mashed potatoes felt like it came from a box. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.
Place just isn’t the same as it used to be. Food taste just okay. Table wasn’t even cleaned well.
Service was very poor. Had to wait for hostess. Took forever to see waitress. Drinks took over 10 minutes and finally for came. Food was good, but services was poor.
5 of us, all ordered Spare ribs. They were all overcooked. Surprising to get a basic menu item wrong.
