Cal Ros is a bar/restaurant in Les Bases Avenue, in Manresa, the main city of the center of Catalonia. I came some times, but it is the best one. I come to have breakfast and I ate cap-i-pota (a traditional Catalan dish with stewed meat) and kidneys with Jerez, a traditional full breakfast or tapa. Two were fantastic, I enjoyed a lot. Cal Ros is a traditional bar/restaurant located in Manresa, the main city in the Center of Catalonia. I came here to eat a full breakfast: brewed little octopus and callos, a typical spanish dish. Also we drank a white local wine called Sagal, which was very good. Callos were too spicy for me, and octopus were ok. We finished the breakfast with a coffee with milk. View all feedback.
Mol be , mol atens rapid i correctas
Tienen menú en dos ambientes y con dos precios diferentes, comí en el salón más pequeño y lo agradecí, menos ruidoso, manteles y servilletas de tela y aceitunas y fuet de aperitivo. El menú variado y bien elaborado. La verdad es que está por encima de los menús que se suelen encontrar por la zona.
Dels pocs llocs on encara es disfruta de menjar casolà. On s'agraeix el tracte familiar del Florià. Un sens fi de plats de cullera i forquilla, carns a la brasa, etc. Sempre que puc esmorzar fora, es el lloc de referència y a un preu molt correcte.
Cuina casolana a la màxima expressió. Crec que l'esmorzar pot acabar sent massa car. Exemple 2 ous ferrats amb mitja ració de pop i un altre de callos, vi de la casa i aigua, 20.5 euros. Surt molt millor anar a dinar. Lo lògic seria uns 12 euros. Tot exquisit i un bon servei, això sí.
