What User doesn't like about Island Sunset Lobster Sales:
We stopped by this restaurant to pick up some seafood and decided to also purchase 5 lbs of mussels. However, when I opened the bag, the mussels had a strong smell. I checked the label and saw that they were harvested on August 8th and we bought them on August 22nd. They were also labeled as being local to Newfoundland, which was disappointing as we know Nova Scotia is better known for their seafood. It's unfortunate... View all feedback.

Fantastic lobster and crab special! The carrot cake for dessert is also great! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
We stopped by to pick up some seafood for a seafood boil and decided on 5 lbs of mussels as well. The mussels smelled so bad when I opened the bad I checked the tag and they were harvested Aug 8 and expired on the 22. We bought them on the 24th. Not to mention we were told they were local and the tag said Newfoundland. We’re from NS so know better when it comes to seafood. Those poor tourists who would have been led astray. Shame on you.
