This restaurant is a hidden gem that more locals should try. The food is delicious, the table linen is nice, and the music sets a great ambiance. The only thing this place is missing is a bit more buzz, which just requires more reservations. We will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
What JayJ doesn't like about Turner Contemporary Restaurant:
The waitress was very helpful especially with the fact that my partner has coeliac. The only thing missing was a busy atmosphere because it wasn't full. The view is good. View all feedback.

Moved to margate and Turner bit like eating in London
More local people should put this venue on their foodie list. Lovely food, lovely table linen and music. Needs to be more buzzy but that only needs more bookings. We will be back again....and again.
Had a table with a view of an amazing sunset over Margate harbour arm. Not much ambiance in the restaurant as only 2 tables were occupied. Our waiter was very obliging and patient. Starters were tasty. My mains rack of lamb was perfectly cooked as the chef really listened to how I wanted it cooked. My husbands baked aubergines were under cooked unfortunately. Desserts were delicious. Strange that there was no fish on the menu, and the wine list was quite limited. However, will definitely return and will recommend to friends.
The Turner Contemporary was the main aim of our trip to this part of Kent.
