What Lynda M dislikes about La Grotta On Main Italian Restaurant:
After having just come back from Italy and beng a good cook I rate the food poor. Out of 9 of us only the 2 children liked meals which were kids meals. The pasta vongole did not have fresh clams in it, unsure if it was olive oil and tons of dried basil. The alfredo did not look creamy, the marinara too spicy and the tomatos in the caprese salads tasted like cardboard with no fresh basil.the restaurant was empty proba... View all feedback.
I had yet another fantastic meal and dining experience at this restaurant. This was my sixth time visiting, and I am always impressed by the high quality and authenticity of the Italian dishes they serve. Sebastian is incredibly welcoming and has a remarkable memory for remembering the little details about what we like. My wife and I had a lovely evening at La Grotta on Main and can't wait to go back again.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! My family and I visited to celebrate my birthday and were blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. Sebastian greeted us warmly and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, La Grotta!
I ate here before the pandemic, it was good. I came back last night, 9 april. I ordered a marguerita. in the menu it was marked with fresh basilikum from the garden my pizza was greasy with dehydrated basilikum. I was told they were preparing the basilikum so! also the taste was really not good. the waiters are nice, but they are not profis far away. So, don't waste their time and money (a pizza costs $25). also my wife's pizza fleet wasn't good.

The owner was very friendly and considerate. Both dishes were recommended by him and they were absolutely delicious. We sat on the heated patio on the coldest night with the degree of -30. It wasn’t warm enough, definitely still chilly, but the food was so worth it.
