The dishes are tasty, cooked with very good products. A special mention to desserts that are really excellent. After the meal the chef came to greet us and spent a little time discussing his menu. A perfect welcome by a very nice and smiling team. The room is very clean and carefully furnished. At first we found this Hotel by chance, we discovered an incredibly beautiful place and a passionate and extraordinary Bourguignon family. At all times their only intense will is to please customers. Certe Monsieur Bourguignon is fascinating, the character interpelle and does not leave indifferent. Everything was perfect, simply. A little corner of paradise, calm and beauty.
Nice hotel 2 steps from Maussane. Friendly welcome, pleasant rooms, super good and hearty breakfast. Spa and good quality care. Perfect cleaning (very discreet and pleasant cleaning ladies). Young and nice staff. Very nice swimming pool. However, there are some imperfections that make me put 4 stars and not 5: at the reception we do not know where to put, a bench turns our back, not practical and not class at all. At breakfast, a not very discreet boss when he resumes his employees.
