Omg I don't usually write reviews but this has got to be the best takeaway I've ever had the rogan josh was both spicy and the Lamb just melted when eaten and the butter chicken was just perfect and just to top it off the rice was amazing with cumin and last of all the garlic infused naan bread sealed the deal thank you chef and I will be back Marcus View all feedback.
What Christiana Stroman doesn't like about Anokha Indian Restaurant:
Had placed an order through menu log. We were waiting for a total of 1.5 hrs to be then told that they had to cancel our order as they had no delivery driver. Was also very frustrated as we had contacted them a few times and was told that they were on their way. When we had offered to pick up order after waiting the 1.5 hrs, we were told there was an additional 20 minute wait. Very disappointing service, never order... View all feedback.

Have had take away/delivery from here a few times and the food is consistently delicious. The malai kofta is absolutely superb, the dhal, butter chicken and vindaloo are always good. We have never had a bad dish. Good job guys, we will definitely be back
Parents had a few positive experiences so thought of giving it a go. Told the waiter to make the butter chicken indian style (i.e. not completely sweet, a bit of spice) and it was perfect. The naan were good too. However the chilli chicken was atrocious, felt like those packaged masalas. The yellow dal tadka was very homely and flavourful, but didn't have the spicy zing as is expected from dal tadka outside. Now realise why the restaurant is often empty when I drive past, lacks consistency.
Ordered 3 curries, chicken, lamb and vegetable.. Curries were watery and flavourless also very very oily.. Incredibly disappointed. Will never eat here again.
The chicken and palak paneer were good however, half the order was missing , parathas were burnt and doughy. Not what you expect for two dishes with samosas at $55 !! On the up side the owners were responsive with a credit note when we called to provide feedback. Not sure if we'll use it after tonight.????
