What Dejah Bogan doesn't like about Coast Asian Bistro:
If I could do zero stars, I would. Even after our grievances, the owner DID NOT CARE. Not only did we wait over and a half for our food, the food quality was terrible. Our server literally ignored us, another server ignored us. The only redemption was the hostess, who took our order and apologized. But onto the food: my Dan Dan Noodles WAS LITERALLY FIDEO. There was nothing Szechuan about it! No peppery spice, no Sze... View all feedback.
I usually have an excellent time here at the bar area, however, one recent interaction I had really stopped me from coming here altogether. I was at the bar seating area with some friends and our waitress addressed us for the first like half of the night, but would not come by to check on our table for the next 30 minutes. I completely understand how busy nights get, but she would talk to her coworkers constantly and completely ignore our table. Very poor customer service on her end, which soured the whole night.
Love it! But please, make the patio area pet friendly!
My husband and I had not been here in over 3 years, so we decided to give it a try yesterday Wed. Sept 14, 2023). Worst idea ever! I ended up with food poisoning! I had ordered almond and cashew chicken, fried rice and egg roll. It was extremely salty to add to everything. Within 20 minutes of leaving I immediately starting feeling sick! I should have known not to eat there based off the smell and appearance from sushi area, if it looked the way it did I could only imagine what the back kitchen looked like that you can not see. NEVER EAT HERE!
Always good! Service is excellent . I definitely recommend sexy roll, dan dan ho fun, Pad thai, dumplings, crab wontons, mandarin spare ribs, and veggie spring rolls! They’re made perfectly everytime!
The only thing I get is the combination udon noodles. Good for $13 a dish... I have tried a couple other things like the fried banana but honestly the banana not ripe at all... It was pretty gross and I ended up throwing away $6. Which tells me sometimes the chefs don't care about the quality. I usually just come here when it's past 10 pm and I really want some noodles. The service is alright, could be better...
