What User likes about Tinos:
Yes you need to wait a bit. The food is made when you order not keep in a little warmer. We had a hamburger, chili fries, milk shakes and ice cream. All was very good. Love french fries and with chili on top yum yum. Milk shake was big, thick and you could tell it was made with good ice cream. This is a family owned eat out restaurant, there are picnic tables around the castle to sit on. Well worth the wait View all feedback.

Very cool to see this place has survived 50 years in the competitive food industry- obviously have a solid local following.The most impressive aspect of the business is the amazing list of possible shake flavors, more than i have seen anywhere, and some truly original flavors!!Deep fried cheese-broccoli tots are very tasty, but one or two more for the $5 would be even better.My only complaint is with the burger- load... I moved here in someone took me to Tino's for a mushroom burger and fries and gravy. I have never looked back. Don't live in the Hat anymore, but stop in whenever we are passing through. Always the same...always delicious! I could eat here...everyday. The same family...the same yummy goodness never changes, and the prices go up, as they should. Pickup/drive thru windows...no masks needed as it is all outdoor. See you next time!

They advertise there menu and prices but when you place an order the price is much higher then advertised. When confronted they just say oh! Is an old add. if it’s out dated take it down sounds like faults advertising to me. There...milk shakes are very small and over priced. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

This is my husband's favourite take out place to eat. We have never been disapointed in the burgers and chili chips. Absolutly love their milk shakes, thick and flavourful. We always phone and order ahead of time and our order is always ready to pick...up when we arrive.

We’ve eaten at Tino’s dozens of times, and you can rely on their consistency. There will always be a wait for your food, but it will always be hot and fresh, because it was made to order. The burgers are good, and somewhat unique, so...they may not be everybody’s cup of tea, but the place has been in business for over years, so they’ve got to be doing something right. But the one menu item that will always make me stop when we’re in Medicine Hat is the Chili Chips. A meaty, slightly sweet and sour Chili that is truly difficult to describe other than addictive, poured over hot, fresh, crispy, old school crinkle cut fries. I always order them with my burger, and then kick myself for not getting the Chili Burger as well, instead of the Mushroom Burger or Loaded Burger. Not that there is anything wrong with either, but their Chili is that good.

A local landmark so I like to support this family business. Mushroom burger is my favourite chilli chips consistently good. Milkshake flavours amazing really.
