Gute deutsche Küche. Freundlicher Service. Wir gehen hier regelmäßig hin und werden nie enttäuscht. Saisonales ist besonders zu empfehlen. Hirsch mit Rotkohl und Gnocci war sehr lecker! View all feedback.

.....kurz vor 21.00 Uhr war hier in diesem Nest leider kein vernünftiger Gasthof mehr zu finden. Wenn wir in 10 Jahren wiederkommen hat sich das hoffentlich geändert!.
Determined to try after reading reviews. this place is great! our server was a happy guy who spoke English. eating was really great and exactly what we were looking for. add their restaurant list when they visit meersburg!
We loved meersburg, recommended by a German couple that we met in France. we found the last lighter near the residential parking lot. it is really warm and friendly (including pet.) the dishes are traditional German cuisine like carving and the service is excellent.
Family-owned restaurant, good value for money with friendly and personal advice of the owner (peter.) weine from own quality winery for a resonable price. very local and fried company. I like!
Large traditional regional German dishes served in the lively traditional gastronomics at the edge of the sea. full of natives on a Saturday evening to flow a good atmosphere with wine and beer free, the wine from the winzer itself serves wonderful swirl roast with...rock steak boiled to perfection. price very reasonable. I have booked this through e-mailing peter krause through the vineyard website, as my phone is not too much!
Great home-cooking recommended by locals. It's big, fat plates of meat and potatoes and large crispy salads with cider and wine from the winemaker Peter Krause whose cellar is next door. As CB said you might have to share the table we arrived early...on a snowy night expecting no one there and the restaurant was full. They accommodated us on the big central table along with the locals who were there with their ciders. We had the schnitzel Wiener art' and pork with rich gravy, fried onions and kasespatzle cheesy noodles. We saw other meals at our table pork with mushrooms and scalloped potatoes and large steaming bowls of soup and desserts piled high with cream. You can ask for smaller portions. I would highly recommend that. It's a little out of the main town of Meersburg but easy parking out the front and well worth it. Don't expect silver service. It's definitely a family affair and not fast food. And it's very well priced. Enjoy the experience. ,
