Fin de saison à Mègeve il est 14h00 et nous tentons notre chance au delicium. Accueil téléphonique comme.on les aime: mais bien sûr. Accueil sur place chaleureux et convivial. La carte de fin de saison est plus simple que celle d'hiver mais les suggestions du jour nous sauvent. La terrasse est très agréable, le service très bien et les mets savoureux. What Alighieri Bernardi doesn't like about Le Delicium:
We went for dinner last week and could not believe the low quality of this place. The pizza dough was overcooked and hard to cut, it looked like a frozen pizza, the type that no one buys. As for the ‘risotto with artichokes’, it turned...out to be a raw onion risotto with two sour pieces of artichoke...we did give feedback to the waitress about the risotto and could hear from across the dining room another lady compl... We go at least once in the week with family and friends to delicium, while the ski season is the food and service excellent we can recommend this restaurant
Disappoint. I used to go there as a child and it was fantastic, but it's fair to say that today's restaurant can't be compared. the waiter needed long time to take our order, eating was right, nothing else and prices are very...highly avoid the planche de charcuterie, very expensive for super market like charcuterie, a great disappointment.
There are so much better restaurants in the city. eating is not very good and it is expensive compared to what they serve them.
We stopped here on our first night, but it was late, around 9.30pm. Pizzas were very good, not cheap for a Pizza, but as I found, if you are in Megeve, then 'cheap ' doesnt exist.
I never expect good BBQ in France, but this was a surprising experience in a good way. Good quality and quantity of BBQ pork ribs. I think they were smoked and then grilled. But however they were cooked, it was worth the visit. Homemade BBQ...sauce was tangy and paired perfectly with the ribs. The ribs were more like pork belly in consistency than traditional pork ribs that you would find in American BBQ for example. The grilled vegetable plate was just average.
