Chick-fil-a - Melbourne

They are becoming slower and more expensive. my chicken sandwich was so thin that it was literally all crust and I couldn't eat it. the last time I left the half of the huh was dark meat. if I wanted to pay for a big chicken sandwich, I would go to mcdonalds. what I have to do.

Great food and great service! the workers here are so friendly and helpful. I wish that was the norm at all almost food sites.

We had a fantastic experience during our visit today. I want to give a special shout-out to Charles, who warmly welcomed us and was attentive to all our needs—he’s such a wonderful person. It’s clear he deserves recognition! Additionally, the restrooms were spotless and had a delightful scent, reminiscent of vanilla sugar cookies. Keep up the great work! It seems like you have an excellent team of employees. Thank you!

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the staff is clearly dedicated and hardworking. Although it was quite busy during my visit, I had to deduct a star because there were empty tables and dirty floors. I did manage to find someone to clean them up, but regular checks for cleanliness in the lobby are essential. On a positive note, I loved that my daughter's meal came with fresh fruit!

However, there were a couple of downsides: the greens in the salad weren’t the freshest, and I noticed a worker leave the bathroom without washing their hands. Unfortunately, that same worker was the one who brought us our food, which was quite off-putting.
