Got put in the end room then a heap of LOUD people came in for an occasion and were so loud we didn’t finish our meals. They were standing up so had to push our way through. Told the waitress who didn’t seem to care. Have been here a few times and normally fantastic just not happy that our evening was wrecked by this group. View all feedback.
What Кошка Муся doesn't like about Munich Brauhaus:
Even after making a reservation, we waited for 10 minutes by the door waiting to be seated. Several staff members passed by without acknowledgment. When we were finally acknowledged, our name could not be found on their booking system, even though we had written confirmation that the booking went through. 2 out of the 4 of us were there to do the schnitzel challenge. It was greasy and salty beyond belief and would no... View all feedback.
Loved the collection of sausages and the pork crackle. Obviously great beer and we had excellent entertainment on the day. Definitely recommend a visit. Note the platters for two are really huge for just two people to eat.
Lovely staff..and lively vibes even in weekdays...absolutely lovely
One of the best beers i’ve tried! The ambience and vibe was very chill, my friend and I really had a great time in their outdoor lounge across the river!
We had the Christmas menu today which is a $49 three course meal comprised of a baked pretzel, choice of two mains and apple strudel for dessert. We had the upstairs private function area as there were nearly 40 of us. I’ve never been in that area before and it’s a great little space complete with its own bathrooms. <br/ <br/ The food today was enjoyable and the staff friendly. The servings were generous and I actually didn’t finish my schnitzel main nor my dessert (possibly owing to the fact that the soft drink came in 500ml glasses, those private toilets sure came in handy . Definitely a fun venue <br/ <br/ <br/ Further update<br/ We visited for drinks with friends who work in a nearby building. They now have an extensive cocktail menu whereas back in the day I had no choice but to get right into the German spirit and onto the schnapps (of which there's actually quite the variety, I'm not a beer girl . The menu has also localised itself tremendously of late featuring a Parma and pastas and a whole heap of non traditional choices that were not previously offered. This year I’m going to try and make it for Octoberfest <br/ <br/ Update <br/ MB was chosen as the scene of an early Christmas get together (yes it’s that time of year already and I took the opportunity to try something from their less traditional menu in the form of a steak with an accompanying cocktail (why not given work was paying?! . I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and having been here on a couple of occasions now I have watched it improve tremendously over time. <br/ <br/ <br/ Original review<br/ So much more than a novelty venue. I do like to keep it authentic so I go the original Weiner schnitzel with a side of mash and it's absolutely sensational. A house made pretzel ups the Bavarian beer house factor too and they are a nice accompaniment. <br/ <br/ Naturally you can't finish on anything other than an apple strudel to really transport you to Germany (if the costumes the ridiculously good looking staff are clad in hadn't already . <br/ It's a great spot on the water and best of all you ever have to worry about booking given it has a capacity of 900 people. Atmosphere in spades
Had an amazing lunch back in December,2018. Totally loved everything about this place the ambience, the food, everything was on point. <br/ We ordered chicken parma Schnitzel, chicken salad, grilled ribs, chicken wrap for the kids and beer to go along. <br/ <br/ Rating: 5/5
