Out of all my research, this is probably the best known pho restaurant in Melbourne.

Let's be frank. You're not coming to this resultant for the incredible decor, or the refined atmosphere. From the box of tissues issued as serviettes, to the wonky tables and chairs that are 'warehouse staff tea-room' grade utilitarianisms, this place is made to be hosed down at the end of each night - like any good street eatery in Vietnam would offer. However, what this place does offer is a knock-out of great cheap eating that is hard to say no to. I've not had such a great fried rice in along time. Possibly it was loaded with MSG, but, meh! Everything else was wonderfully cooked too. The menu isn't inspiring or unique, just... damn nice to eat.
