A friend and I visited Red Spice for lunch during the week. Location was convenient and the decor was clean, relaxed, and modern. Plenty of room for private conversations. Staff were exceptionally friendly and took our jackets away to hang up. Lunch came to $28 each, without drinks or desert. I had a great meal at this restaurant, starting with chicken wings and then trying five share plates of minced pork with cabbage, tea leaf salad, curry, pork belly, and rice. Every dish was delicious and satisfying, despite appearing small. The chicken wings were flavorful, the pork and cabbage dish was a bit salty but still enjoyable, the tea leaf salad was refreshing, the curry was standard, and the pork belly was fantastic with a sweet sauce. The service was excellent, and we had the option of a $36 per person meal with one starter and five shared dishes, or a $55 option with nine dishes including two smaller plates and one dessert. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and good value.
