The music in the restaurant was excessively loud, especially considering the limited space and its position in the center of the dining area.

The pub is quite loud with music, people talking, and the football game on TV. It can be difficult to have a conversation due to the noise. The music may be too loud. However, they do a good job with gluten-free options, including the chips and Caesar salad which were tasty. The Thai beef salad was described as bland and dry by my cousin. The chicken parma portion is large.

They did not have salt for the margarita cocktail, so they put sugar on it instead. When I asked for salt, they brought back the same glass with sugar and said I could add table salt myself. We tried to order the 'special parmas' and the parma and pot deal for parma night, but we were not allowed to because we were dining upstairs.

Food was delicious however our first order taken we were told after we had paid that it was not available. Would be nice to know this before you pay and order if something on the menu is not available. Thanks

It took a long time for service to come to the table. The water bottle on the table was only half full. We ordered a number of dishes at 7.00, including one pasta and a tasting plate. The waitress returned in 5 minutes saying they were out of the pasta. 5 minutes later again she returned and said they were out of the tasting plate really at 7.15 on a Wednesday night. We were at the upstairs restaurant and it was very noisy as well.
