The food was to die for, especially if you love seafood. Other delights available if you aren't into seafood. I would go back for the desserts alone. Wines- fantastic selection. Service was wonderful. I'm looking forward to my next visit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waterfront Venues:
I attended a business function here. The venue itself has a beautiful view of the water and the staff were super friendly and always at hand. The food was well presented but a little too simple in flavour. The venue was efficiently run, with rules in place to keep people safe whilst enjoying themselves, such as no drinks on the dance floor. Overall it made for a well structured event. We had our wedding at this restaurant in 2013. The events manager was wonderful to work with. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Everything went smoothly and we were extremely happy with the reception venue.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Nick and his team for their exceptional service at Kathryn and Daniel's wedding at Waterfront Venues, Docklands on May 7th, 2016. The venue was beautifully set up and captured the atmosphere we had envisioned. The evening was absolutely perfect and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Nick, thank you for agreeing to be our MC for the evening - you handled everything flawlessly from start to finish. Your professionalism and honesty made it a pleasure to work with you. Both you and your staff did an incredible job with every aspect of the event. Our guests have showered us with compliments on the venue, the quality of the food, wine, and service provided. We are truly grateful for all of your hard work in helping to create such a memorable day for Kathryn and Dan. Thank you once again for your outstanding efforts and for making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this venue to others.
Absolutely made our wedding party a night to remember. From the start Nicholas made organising the event so easy! Nicholas, Daniel and all the staff on the evening accommodated to all our guests needs. Beautiful food, great atmosphere, excellent service, kind staff, modern facilities. You guys made our night and we will forever remember that. Highly recommend to anyone for any function!
What can I say. Waterfront Venues Melbourne was absolutely fantastic. Leading up to our wedding on the 13th Feb 2016, we experienced the best service from the owner Nick and wedding coordinator Trish! I recall first meeting Trish and thinking to myself she's done this before. She had a full understanding of our requirements and definitely delivered on the night. They bith communicated very well and kept us up to date with key dates and information they required. Food tasting was such a treat and the best thing was it was included in our costs. Both Nick and Trish were fantastic. Everything ran smoothly on the night. Food and drinks were in abundance. The service provided by their head waiter and their other wait staff was amazing. Our guests spoke so highly of our wedding. The atmosphere and the venue was splendid. The white candlesticks we had chosen worked well on a warm February night. We can't thank Nick and his team enough. They added to our most memorable night-our wedding! Thanks again.
I recently had the privilege of filming a wedding at Waterfront Venues in June and I was very much impressed by the quality and service provided not only to the guests but also to us as a band and video/photographers. I've been to many a reception venue, and would have to say that this venue is now one of my favourite. Great Food Great Service Great Views!.. Pat.
