For 3 years in a row I have taken former work colleagues there to celebrate my birthday after retirement from paid employment. Vegetarian dishes very tasty and breads are good, lassi nice, and gulab juman as usual is overly rich. Looking for kulfi next time.Value for money - even recharged my phone for me View all feedback.

Thought this to be a Malaysian restaurant but when I entered, it is not. So authenticity is an issue. Food was okay and nothing to shout about. Generous portions though. View all feedback.
The menu at this location was surprisingly more diverse than the one at the Highpoint branch. The service was quite efficient and the food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. I would definitely consider returning more frequently in the future.
I ordered the chicken rice, chicken satay, prawn dumpling, and roti. Everything was delicious, but the prawn dumpling was disappointing as it was frozen. The roti had a great buttery aroma and tasted very good.
PappaRich offered casual Malaysian/Indian-influenced meals at reasonable prices. The food quality had been relatively consistent over the years and so was the efficient quick service. My favourite was the hainanese chicken rice paired with congee.
Pricey for Malaysian food but I have to admit we were impressed with the service. They had 3 floor staff to cover the entire restaurant on Labour day Monday. Service was good, all the staff did their best to be polite and smiled even though it was incredibly busy. Food tasted great. I enjoyed my Nasi Lemak and my partner enjoyed her Asam Laksa. The dessert was ok but nothing outstanding. Price is on the dearer side for Malaysian food to be honest. But if we’re pushed for time and want Malaysian food, I’d come back.
We have visited this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed the food. However, considering the price, we were expecting slightly better service. The fact that they use plastic cups and do not offer water bottles is a disappointment.
