Texas Roadhouse - Mesa

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The service was outstanding! My server, Noah, was exceptional. The rolls were freshly baked and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Texas Roadhouse. My steak was undercooked and my side of ranch was forgotten. I waited for my server, Nate, to check on us and address the issues, but he never came. I had to inform another server, and it took 15 minutes for a new steak to arrive, without the ranch I had requested. The manager offered a to-go box as a solution, but eventually comped my meal after I expressed my frustration. However, Nate was unaware of the situation when he finally came to our table. The lack of communication and care from the staff left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location.

Was by myself so was glad I could sit at the bar with no waiting. Food was good. Steak a little dry but still enjoyable. Love the added mushrooms.

I Loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee Texas Roadhouse! We go there every year for my birthday for the last 10 years. Today, I was gifted dinner since I was ill Mother's Day there's a dead bug, wasp, or something in it. And, I'm famished! I'm so sad!

After my recent visit, I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating. Our server, Kim, provided the best service we have had in a long time! She was friendly, checked on us multiple times during our meal, promptly refilled our drinks, and never made us feel rushed. The food here is always excellent, especially their rolls and cinnamon butter. I usually order a ribeye or sirloin steak, but this time I tried the California Chicken and it was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and juicy, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
