The ambiance and drinks seem to be a hit, while food inconsistencies and slow service were noted. Positive mentions of specific servers like Angel, Frael, Ann Lauta, and Jennifer Rapada were highlighted. Overall, the experience seems dependent on individual servers and specific menu choices, with the potential for a great night out thanks to good company, drinks, and atmosphere.
I heard reviewers complaining about the slow service. it ddnt happen to me but i did see alot of the staff just standing there hehehe. as for the food, its a bit of a letdown, not sure what kind of soft taco shells they used, it was a bit thick for a taco. the chips with the guacamole (u have to pay for it) was good. and the drink with the cinnamon flavor was nice. not sure if im coming back but the ambiance was great and everyone seem to enjoy the drinking more than the eating hehe
Excellent experience with one exception. We had a problem with an entree and reported it to the manager. Although we were OK with the manager taking the item off the bill, she insisted we take something else and even gave us food to take home. The adherence to high customer service is paramount in this establishment. We recommend this Mexican restaurant.
Dropping in on some friends who had dinner here..I ordered the taco sampler. Impressed with the size of the dish I soon realised it was made up with a bed of finely chopped lettuce which was not really appetizing. Some of the lettuce was old and brown while some appeared fresh(at opossite ends of the plate). The tacos were okay...however I made the decision that IF I ever went back, I wouldn't order the same dish.......ah...I should have ordered the bottomless Margaritas......
Hola, I go to this place to relax, listen to music and have a few drinks, the service is just excellent, yesterday Frael served me like to perfection. The staff always welcome you with a big smile, and are very friendly, I will recommend anyone to try the Nacho Grande and the bottomless Margurita!!! Be careful! The tequila in it is real not fake!!! Haha
Ice cold beers, okay Mexican food, and entirely too many flies enjoying the patio ambiance.Great crispy chips and spicy salsa. Good burritos but be advised that whatever filling you choose, the chief ingredient will still be rice. Decent tacos, though the "jalapeño side salad" features but one lonely pickled jalapeño slice atop a bed of weary iceberg lettuce.
