Even in algerie,tunisia and maroc I have rarely eaten a semoule of this quality,fine and delicate,completed by the fragrant marga and its fresh vegetables al dente sprinkled with a little fresh coriander, its merguez perfects, its meats to the choice and warm welcome of haid and yesterday of very professional virginia.
