While trying to find a table we were like sheep in the wilderness. No one asked to help and questioned our being there when we finally took a table and flagged a waiter down. "One cannot leave Miami without trying the wide variety of burgers and salads at Big Pink, located in South Beach. People line up hoping to snag a table at the last minute. In this restaurant, quantity is synonymous with quality and you will not be disappointed by this memorable meal, which will be the result of many hours of jogging to burn off all those calories. Due to the crowd in the restaurant, we recommend asking for a table on the terrace where it will be calmer."
The waiters are super nice and the food is delicious! If you have trouble with English, they speak to you in Spanish without any problem. 100% recommended.

Big Pinks was recommended to me from a friend. We really enjoyed the diner atmosphere. The food was delicious and fairly inexpensive. I had a pizza with several cheeses. It was gourmet but somehow managed to taste like the great pizza from up north at the same time. I loved it. My husband ordered the Japanese Panko Chicken tenders which so delicious I couldn't believe it. We shared both items. We really enjoyed the food and Big Pinks is the perfect place in South Beach for someone who's watching their money but still would like to enjoy their food and atmosphere. Yummy!

My pulled pork sandwich was a smear of sauce with a few shreds of pork. It was perhaps intended for my black friend who ordered the same thing and got a huge helping. Manager responded to my complaints by taking my plate away and swearing at me. Do we need this? I can make better food at home and, given the current economic climate, will. You should too!
