Contribute FeedbackAt this eclectic bakery and café, diners encounter a mixed bag of experiences. While the eclairs, cheesecakes, and fruit tarts receive rave reviews for their delightful flavors, service inconsistencies tarnish the overall impression. Guests report rude interactions, incorrect orders, and long waits that detract from the meal. The environment feels cluttered and in need of rejuvenation, with unkempt displays and sparse selections during peak hours. However, the establishment’s extensive menu, including vegan options, and well-prepared dishes like sandwiches and soups suggest a culinary potential waiting to be fully realized. With some improvements in service and ambiance, it could truly shine.
The food was average, but the service was below standard. My meal sat at the counter for 15 minutes while my friends' dishes went cold. The staff ignored us for the entire 35 minutes we waited, so I had to get up and ask for my food so we could eat. There was still no apology, and it seemed like they didn't care at all. It was disappointing.
The eclairs are absolutely delicious! The fruit tarts and cheesecakes are also top-notch. I enjoyed everything I ordered. However, the environment could use some improvement. It needs a makeover and better organization. The messy fridge at the front gives a bad first impression, while the display case looks much more appealing.
I adore this restaurant! Just a friendly heads up to the next customer that my latte today had spoiled skim milk.
I love stopping it here when I'm in the opposite. Eating is always so fresh and tasty. the personal is welcoming and very knowledgeable about vegan objects.
I was on vacation with my family, and my omni dad was on the look for breakfast. we found this place, and I thought I would only do with what they had, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they advertised explicitly vegan options. I had hoped to try a vegan suppe in one of their homemade sourdough bread bowls, but I was disappointed that no vegan suppening was available this day. but the calenders let me know that they have vegan cheese for the portobello panini that was a beautiful surprise. the panini was small but definitiw tasty. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way here, but if they were looking for a bakery that can know very much about veganism, that's the definitiw her place.
