It was the first time for me to have dinner in a Peruan Restaurant. I don't know whether this is a true Peruan style, but what counts at the end is simply the taste, service and qualify of the food. We waited 30 mins to get our drinks and decided to leave after realizing that "that" was only the beginning...You could tell that service was very slow that day but it's unacceptable in a place that prides itself from serving fine Peruvian food and in a city (and neighborhood!!) that is known for its high service standards.
