We couldn’t find a suitable cafe in this canal area. We walked by the closing market and decided to walk back to the tram spot on Corso Di Porta Ticinese. There it was on the way back to the cathedral
I read many positive reviews for this cafe with kitchen, I stopped only for a coffee that I paid 10% more than usual
We had just arrived in Milan. It was past 9pm, a rainy night and nothing seemed to be open for dinner. Finally we saw light coming from this restaurant. We walked in and were welcomed by a cheery young waitress and a very friendly man. They saw our baby and could tell we were exhausted, so the man (probably the owner and didn't speak English) offered to take our son and show him around the restaurant. It was so cute! Our son loved it and we got to enjoy a meal without constantly worrying about the baby's needs. I remember before we went to Italy, people told us to be prepared for friendly strangers wanting to hold your baby and I'm so glad they did!
Ideale per un aperitivo con un grande buffet e molto amichevole
