What John T doesn't like about Copper Blue:
The interior of the restaurant looked tired, and the food was average. The server was friendly and accommodating when I requested a specific order for my patty melt. I asked for the onions to be well-cooked as I have a sensitivity to raw onions. The food was decent, the sandwich was satisfactory, and the fries were standard. Copper blue is hands down my favorite place to eat. I'm trying to get there at least once a week. You can't go wrong with a piece on the menu, but I love the Santa Fe Chicken and the Caribbean Ruck Chicken with their corn cake. Both are a must try!!!
Feel very fortunate to have this place right in our back yard. Staff is some of the best you will find in the area. Food is always high quality, fresh fish choices always make for a great dinner. Owners go over the top to make sure everything is always perfect. On most nights we sit at the bar and be entertained by Bobby and the other bartenders. This is truly a restaurant everyone should keep on their list of go to places.

OMG...My wife and I decided to try locally owned and operated non restaurant franchise places for dinner..We had so many choices to pick from..but the name drew us to look at this place closer and after seeing the online menu, we both decided to go for this place..from the moment we walked in and was greeted by the hostess, and from the delicious aroma that filled the air, we knew that this was going to be great..Homemade everything...the meatloaf was out of this world. The waiter knew everything about the menu...the prices were awesome and the carrot cake was sinful....This is a must stop on anyone's list...GREAT JOB COOPER BLUE....we will most definitely be back and we are bringing our friends..
