Made on the spot, yeasted thin crust with a neutral marinara (not too acid) and a sprinkling of cornmeal baked into the bottom. It’s a top notch pizza. I'm from the east coast. I was in hundreds of Italian restaurants and I have never served in my life a frozen packed cannolis. pizza was okay, but not great. it needs more season. but yes, I wouldn't sell cannolis unless they're made of a bakery and fresh. What a disappointment when I came home and saw what was in our take dessert bag. read more.
