What Ellen Farrell doesn't like about Denny's:
Me and my girlfriend went to the Fridley location. We ordered a burger, appetizer sampler and breakfast entree. I'm not picky but the food was sooooo bad. My girlfriends pancake wasn't cooked, hashbrowns were awful. Bacon...I'd never seen such thin tasteless bacon. My burger was overcooked. The waitress was great but neither of us ate even half are meals and said no box's for take home. View all feedback.

We went to this place twice with my children. I think both of them are paintings, one of the children threw home, probably from food poisoning or stomach bugs. I didn't feel good and had skin problems. I want this place to be good, but there can be some hygiene problems. I hope they would check if food treatment is properly carried out food: 2/5
Very disappointed by the denny’s in the north city. there was no where to sit to wait for the order. hardly standing anywhere without being in the way. they had set up a tables in front of the bank that had a sign that to go even tho that they 't use this table for ordering. if they are handicap, they are really not in my opinion. I had to step forward, who was too busy. then it comes to eat. the French toast now seems to be on garlic bread. thin and did not taste like the normal French toast. the manager said this change happened 3 months ago. he also said chemo will change their taste buds not a sensitive answer if someone has a complain about food. I am very disappointed at the answer of the manager. he offered a discount for the next time, but tbh the won't be a next time. there are other business ideas prefer to spend my money after this experience.
I was on the way to work on Sunday morning. I thought I'd call in a row if they were busy. I'm not busy. I think ok cool I can sit down and enjoy a meal before a long day at work. When I sat, I let the hostess know I had called a command 10 minutes ago. She caught me and says we don't do this. she goes back and asks, no command, and no one has recently called. I thought I called the wrong load that I called and let the others load know I made a mistake. I'll call the number and the charging phone starts ringing. I let them know. No, I called her loading. She told me we didn't do this. the chef brings out my order and she complains that I was the guy who ordered it. then she starts complaining about me to other customers who were in a position to sit. I told her if my eating was so inconvenient for her restaurant, she can keep her eating, I go somewhere where I want to take my money. I've never been shopping somewhere where the treated customers are treated worse. no wonder they were not busy on Sunday morning.
Throughout our visit, one of the employees continuously gossiped about the rest of the staff, which was disappointing. However, our waitress was fantastic and the food was good. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was not great due to this employee's behavior. It was quite ridiculous and audacious. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5 stars.
