Contribute FeedbackREDs has a great atmosphere and friendly service. The food, however, is not worth the price. Some dishes were unseasoned and bland, while others were overcooked and salty. The quality and value do not match the high prices. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, but the overall dining experience was a disappointment. On a positive note, the falafel and beet burger were crispy and delicious, with perfectly cooked cod. The service was excellent, making for a lovely meal. REDs offers a classy environment for dining and drinks, with unique and delicious menu options. A great choice for a special evening out.
Front of the house was very unprofessional and did not take Covid-19 protocols seriously.
Food was really good, I realize it was Christmas Eve and may have been staffing issues. But we ordered salads and never arrived and no one came to ask if we needed anything, so although servers were very nice, it was slow and not very attentive.
We had to ask to move to quieter area and it was for a while. High energy young crowd that night. The plexiglass a current necessity and appreciated. Our server was Nate who was great! The food was very good: I had the large Caesar salad and while very fresh tasting I wish the dressing had a little more kick to it. My date had the veggie pasta seasonal dish and loved it. Our mixed drinks were very good. Not really a place for romantic dates, but lively ambiance and great service a break from the mall shopping madness!
Ashley was a wonderful host.. she took the time to answer all our questions.
The food was lovely. The ambience was great. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful.
