When my pizza was ready, she called me over and wished me a good weekend. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that the garlic sauce I paid for was missing. It was a bit disappointing, but it did not affect the overall service provided. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options on the menu and there is plenty of parking available.

My family usually orders from Pizza Nova once a month as a treat. Normally, everything is cooked/presented exactly as ordered.. I always check the ordered items before paying leaving the store.2/3 pizzas were incorrect.1 pizza was missing bacon AND extra cheese, the other one had toppings on BOTH sides of the pizza when 1/2 was supposed to be cheese only. When I asked about the bacon extra cheese, I was told that the bacon was under the cheese.. AND was told that that IS EXTRA CHEESE!?The 2nd pizza, I was told that that is what I ordered!?Called customer service and was given a $20 credit???

Didn't have enough lasagna for my order, the sandwiches were dry, stinging with the sauce. One thing that I found annoying, he asked me what I wanted before he got to the cash register, and then when he finished what he was doing, he asked me to repeat the entire order again. Not sure if I will go back to this location again. Pizza Nova service overall going down. Second location with issues.
