Things have really changed here and not for the better. Maybe I don't get it But they keep everything in water for heating purposes. The ribs were soggy and bland( like they were boiled and nothing else) , the cabbage rolls ( also kept in water) had no sauce on or in them also lacking in their traditional flavour.
