The ambience was dignified, the food was excellent and the service, friendly, courteous and unobtrusive. The hosts created a home atmosphere through their loving manner. For a festive evening, there were six of us with the family, each with the classic, the menu. The compilations went through the variations once, so that we got a good overview of the menu on the table. The duck was cooked to the point, as was the pork tenderloin, the salmon was tender and slightly glassy ... just perfect. In advance I had the salad, creatively arranged in a WeckGlass with a separate deressing ... I haven't had it on the table yet. As usual, the soups were served in the preheated plate at the table; In terms of taste, according to the unanimous opinion, a poem.
