We live here and come to Finas often. Friendly staff and owner. Great menu and drinks. Small and quaint dining room. It’s a go to for us. Thanks Roxanne for the friendly service and tolerating our lengthy meals. View all feedback.
What Ingemar Lindgren doesn't like about Cafe Fina:
the atmosphere and the prospect of the water from our table were beautiful. our server was excellent. but the two tempt my partner and I ordered were not great. the cioppino and the ravioli were not as well flavored and seasoned as we would have liked. View all feedback.
The sauteed mussels were excellent- esepcially the sauce they came. Your Cioppino is also fantastic; the only drawback is that they are quite expensive, and while they have free bread (to soak the shell sauce) they do not have a free salad. The service is excellent, the decor is picturesque, and you will also get a nice small view of Monterey Bay.
Great setting. Perfect for a romantic date! We had a great time.
Café Fina is a gem on Monterey’s Fisherman’s Wharf. The food and service are superb, consistently high quality and caring staff. Cerys and Roxanne are excellent and very helpful in answering our questions. We had the Salmon on basil cream sauce and the Petrale Sole, which were delicious. The roasted garlic appetizer was yummy. We highly recommend Cafe Fina for a memorable dining experience in Monterey; hands down, it’s the Wharf's top destination.
Fantastic entree (chioppino) and view of the water.
Dominic and the crew at Cafe Fina do a fantastic job with the food and service. We've never had a bad meal served to us!
