Very nice and quiet place and setting, former factory being retaped. There is still a lot to do, but at the moment it is enough to win in good conditions. Very charming. The room was sumptuous with access to a shared balcony. Breakfast was hearty and very good. On the other hand, service in low season leaves to be desired. A must do!!!! The restaurant has fallen The flavors and intensity are exceptional! Starter: smoked salmon tartare Dish: Thai-style chicken and beer-battered beef cheek and to finish, a homemade chocolate fondant The decor is full of charm and culture of this magnificent factory.
A very beautiful, unusual place, a very warm atmosphere and good food. Concerts take place on the terrace and in the performance hall. The restaurant is magnificent! You absolutely have to eat there or simply visit it. For the rooms I don't know.
Un décor magnifique, un accueil chaleureux. Une cuisine (poulet thai au lait de coco et citronnelle particulièrement) superbe. Un arrêt obligatoire pour nous.
