We stopped in the Arts Cafe during a short walking tour of Mile End. We were attracted by the eclectic decor and cozy atmosphere. The food was brunch variety with a couple presentations of eggs, sandwiches, and soup. The food was good not great and the prices were reasonable. View all feedback.

Arts Cafe is a cozy, hip, and bohemian-vibe of a restaurantExpect long waits on the weekends for brunch but the food makes it all worth it.
Had brunch here before I got on a bus to a plane to another plane to another bus to homeREALLY cute place - it feels artsy and fun.
We stayed nearby and ate here a few times. Friendly service and good breakfast and lunch. Tables outside in the sun. Nice.
Often go to read or relax. Nice menu and excellent coffee. Terrasse opened lunch and dinner. Recommend their soup, and their brunch menu.
This little place has a great feel to it. And the food was very good. Had duck confit poutine, my wife had cod fillets. Also in Mile End area, a fun, up and coming neighborhood with lots of young people. Nice place for a quiet meal. Cool decor.
