Buns Hamburger House - Montréal

I LOVE their burgers. It's simple, you pick what you want, it's cheap, and great for after clubbing.

Stopped here on a recommendation, excellent burger and fries!! This is a hole in the wall place with friendly service, It takes awhile for the food but they make it fresh. We talked to a young woman from Vancouver who was waiting ahead of us, she told us it was the "best" burger in town, her boyfriend was the one who told her about it. Great light bun and very tasty, Not a fancy place we just sat on stools with a small bar to place our food on. The restaurant also houses a takeout Lebanese food place in the same building. Bus stop very close by so that was convenient. A young man came into the place in his slippers, he said he lived around the corner, loved cooking but treated himself to a burger every week or so. Step out of the box and try this place! We were a couple of older women and many probably thought us out of place, but we enjoyed the experience immensely. A very happening street in the evening.

Bought coupon from dealfind.com Buns refused to honor it at first.. after two weeks stated they would honor them but we're missing elements from the offered combo. They would not substitute or compesate us. Terrible customer service...

Make sure to arrive with a big appetite because this restaurant serves generous portions of hearty food. Their burgers come in three sizes - 3oz, 6oz, and 9oz. The 6oz burger is usually enough to satisfy most diners.

The milkshakes at this restaurant are made perfectly! I also loved their burgers and appreciated that they offered gluten-free options.
