Chez Tung - Montréal

J'y allais régulièrement lorsque j'habitais Montréal et quand j'y vais maintenant, je continue d'aller manger leurs fameux rouleaux de printemps, et leur poulet à l'arachide ou au gimgembre ... Personnel très sympathique

Discovered this restaurant maybe 18 years ago and went there weekly until we moved further away. Now I always try to make a detour when I am close because their food is so good, very consistent, service is quick and the prices are more than affordable. Our favourites are the curry chicken and ginger chicken, but haven't been disappointed by anything we have eaten there. Love it!

I've been eating here for a number of years, but not recently. We very much enjoyed a vacation in Vietnam last year and were highly impressed with the food. Even took an amazing cooking course and came home as a Vietnamese "foodie". Went back to this restaurant with expectations to enjoy savoury cooking with fresh ingredients and especially a typical green papaya or mango salad. Well, it's not even on the menu! But a strangely sweet Thai shrimp soup is!!?? I guess the restaurant is catering to the locals' taste preferences, but leaving authenticity off the menu.Of the 3 dishes we had, none were memorable. In fact the scallops with vegetables lacked flavour and freshness. The chicjken with peanut sauce rather bland, Spicy beef was passable. Service is friendly, but I'd not return for the food.

This is a good little find in Cotes des neiges, on the side of the park. They have been there for years. Service is attentive and food is good.

Great food and amazing staff! It's on a side street so a little hard to find, but once you find it you will be so glad that you did! It's a great place to go to for a quick lunch with colleagues, or a nice dinner with family and friends. I would definitely recommend the shrimp tempura, crispy noodle dishes and the soups! Yum!
