What User likes about Frais & Fresh:
Hands down, this place has the best poke bowl in town. It is small, cozy, clean and has a nice vibe to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is ideal for a healthy sandwich/ salad to grab on the go or even enjoy there! Highly recommended for anyone looking to eat clean in Montreal. Will be back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Frais & Fresh:
The place seems to do a lot of advertising saying that it's "organic" but not everything is, so you have to ask! The staff wasn't really friendly, there's only one real sitting table, the food (especially the tempeh) was really oily and not so good. I wouldn't recommend this place...Walk a few more streets and you'll find Vivalia Bistro, where everything is organic, eco-friendly and they also have oil-free salad dres... View all feedback.
I popped in for a fast takeout lunch while I was in the neighborhood.
We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the food. The owner/manager is extremely generous and the salad portion is impressively large.
