"Absolutely amazing, hidden gem hotel. stay for 2 nights on a business trip, hotel is very cozy, rooms are nice (both clean and comfortable). the owners could no longer do for them. Eat is for to die, both breakfast and meal in the evening. highly recommended if they are looking for a place to stay or even somewhere else for a delicious meal! jules lloyd many thanks for a unique personal stay."

"We visited on a Wednesday and the place was busy the staff friendly the orders were brought quickly and as for the food very very nice. I had slow cooked Moroccan lamb and the rest of the party enjoyed their fish and the deserts wowsers!!!!!!"

"Delicious food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Smoothies are sublime and freshly made to order, as are all food orders. Most importantly, there's vegan cake! Not the roomiest of places inside, but there's a table outside for the more hardy customers. Takeaway is probably the best option for wheelchair users as the indoor are raised and there's little room for a wheelchair. The food's worth the effort though!"

"Beautiful Wee café. I just stopped a coffee. was impressed by the atmosphere of the place. the coffee was beautiful. the house made shortbread would also have been nice, but it was not well stored. was a bit stale. but yes, I'd like to go back."

"Came with my grandparents and we really enjoyed the meal. The food was incredible, we didn't even wait that long for it. 10 minutes max. The young blonde female who served us was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would happily visit again."

"Brilliant small local bar to go for a nice quiet drink and a bite to eat, has a cosey fire you can sit beside and warm up, toilets are well kept and clean, we go here every friday for live music and sometimes for a quiz on a tuesday night, cant beat it. bar staff and manager are great fun and chatty and will do anything to help you"
