The service at this restaurant was excellent, with a very friendly and welcoming host. The Dal Tadka, Rice, and RasMalai were all incredibly delicious.
Mehndi has a lot of potential with its delicious food and cozy atmosphere, but it falls short in some important aspects. The flavors of the dishes are excellent, but there are a few areas where it could be improved.
The food was tasty, but the waiter consistently forgot to bring our wine to the table and seemed to be in a rush to take our order and serve us quickly.
This was not our first visit to Mehndi, so we went with high expectations, and were not disappointed. Our waiter, who remembered us from our previous visit, took extra care with our vegan guest, and insured everyone got a great dining experience. Delicious appetizers included veg fritters and jumbo shrimp with mango. If you like vindaloo this is a place to order it, with lamb or chicken. The garlic naan was so good we ordered a second basket. We will again return
