Trinity Cafe would also stand out in a city like San Francisco, making it feel like an amazing find in Mt. Shasta. With expertly prepared dishes in an intimate environment, the drive is worthwhile.

I had the Mongolian grilled pig with smeared sweet potatoes, I forgot what my fist had I thought it was a grilled chicken with maish potatoes, but she also loved her dinner. The desert was so beautifully prepared, it felt a shame to eat it, but also not dissapoint! Our compliments to the cook(s), we will be back! In total there were $53.75 and it was for food alone (we did not get wine because my fiancé is pregnant).
This is by far the best culinary experience in Mt Shasta. The waiter is knowledgeable and attentive... but knows when he leaves you alone. I was several times and always had an excellent meal. Very recommended...
Intimate dining with a creative menu friendly staff. A nice place for special celebrations.
