I actually wanted to celebrate my birthday with a friend in an American diner, but it was full. I chose hardrock as the less bad alternative, as I expected something impersonal and industrial, I was very surprised. very nice personal, good American food (which looked very authentic) and beautiful atmosphere. What User dislikes about Hard Rock Cafe München:
The service was awful. minutes passed and nobody came near our table to take our order we had to ask for a waiter to come to the table. We ordered the tenders and chips for dinner and the tenders were over cooked to the point they were nearly burnt.!! Wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody View all feedback.
Going to Hard Rock Café is always a nice experience! Here in Munich the food was excellent!
The burgers are super and the gluten-free selection is huge, with this beautiful ambiente and the music.
We have already been informed that the service will be slow because an operation has failed. because there service is supposed to be faster. service was then moderate. eating very good, selection is scary small. music too loud to talk reasonably. what I found hair-absorbing, watching the tables in the restaurant, where guests sat min before their empty dish and nobody ever asked the guests if they still wish. the sales agent could have been lying on the evening with service personnel that is on zack.
Best American restaurant Munich. Baby ribs and surf and turf burger my favorite.
It’s a Hard Rock Cafe line anyone on the world with its specific character. However I am living in Bavaria and still injoying HRC in Munich
