Johannas - München

The johannas is a restaurant with claim. you can recognize that the selection of the foods, of the species and wise how they are draped and of the praises that are surely a challenge for the opposite in which the restaurant lies. So, it's not overpriced, but it's high-priced, and that's why the quality isn't so good. my eating there was completely in order, only it did not reach the claim that was triggered by the 30 eur. but we start from the beginning. in the courtyard of the johannas you can sit on a lukewarm early evening. the waiters understand their craftsmanship, but could be a bit more attentive. Although not much was going on, I had to stretch my head here and there until I was served. the two hired but made good again by expert knowledge and courteous courtesy. I feel very well as hospitable. first came a greeting from the kitchen: bohnencremesuppe served in an espresso cup. beautiful idee. as a lead I had bark ends with sweet and potato gratin. the loane was medium as ordered, but could have had more aroma. the sweet was delicious, the potato gratin in places still a bit very crisp. for that the sose was superb. also worth the demanding wine selection and the selection of noble fires for the bag. Conclusion: from the feeds and the service this would have been more of a 4 rating. for the slightly too high prices, however, I draw a point. overall I was satisfied.

I was with my lifemate in the johannas. we ordered à la carte. the products used were excellent quality and absolutely in the frame. the recommended house. heart and leber from the reh. simply top! also remarkable is the extensive wine map. Unfortunately, some positions were already extruded. here might be matched to the wee card that can be accessed on the homepage. yet exciting weine listed. the service was very dedicated to our well-being. we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Eating was good, but the portions were very clear. the service very nice, the ambiente a little old-fashioned. we were the only guests on a Wednesday night(18.30 -21.00). the prices salted for the probier proportions.

It is known that Italian food belongs to the best of the world. this is burdening us when we go out. Finding a good restaurant is not easy and Germany is not an exception. Johannas is the exception! we had a fish menu and it was just perfect. the price is not low (55 e drinks), but in mailand you give the same for less.

The kitchen is very good. the foods are freshly prepared and the service is competent and healthy.
