A fortune find, was looking for somewhere local and walked past this place. Nice outdoor seating, a varied menu that changes daily based on in season food and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Unlike another reviewer I don't expect German's to speak English but these guys went out of their way to explain the whole menu. It was lovely, asparagus is in season, asparagus soup and asparagus risotto was great, I had... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wiesengrund:
Empfehlung besteht als Bierlokal. Die Bierauswahl ist gut und das Ambiente gemütlich. Das Essen ist nur etwas für Freunde des reinen Knoblauchs. Ob Fleisch, Pasta oder Gazpacho. Alles unterliegt dem stetzt vordringlichen Knoblachgeschmack. Der Service wirkt unbeholfen, ist jedoch freundlich. View all feedback.
The meadow ground is a place without meadow! But with a large interior and large tables in front of the house. It tastes great there! We only eat trout and stuffed noodles. Giant plate, beautifully dressed, with an older choir, great. Unfortunately very few guests... Why, perhaps because French Italian cuisine is somewhat more expensive than the dishes in many other areas nearby. But it's worth it. The music is not too loud, jazz, classical, oldies. I can recommend this restaurant to all people who really want to eat it and appreciate an exceptional cuisine. The dishes are always on a big table. There is sometimes a happy hour with menu at the savings price, so at 7 p.m. The restaurant is located in the Munich East and is easily accessible on foot from the East Railway Station. Opening hours: Mo Fr from 18:00, kitchen until 23:00. From 10:00 am with breakfast.
Small, but fine; something quite different with a French atmosphere; just look inside and pamper with the good smell

It was lovely, asparagus is in season, asparagus soup and asparagus risotto was great, I had the spinach lasagne with a very fresh salad - lovely. The desserts were show stoppers, an amazing crepe, fantastic chocolate mousse and the best was the Bavarian cream dessert - wow. A relaxed meal, great ingredients and lovely staff, a must visit.
We tried this on a friend's recommendation and really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere -- casual but not noisy and delicious food. Fresh pasta, fresh vegetables lightly roasted -- the chef did a nice job bringing out yhe flabord. The wine list was quite good, but (this is Munich) there were good beer options. Our server was also excellent. We had a very pleassnt, unhurried meal.
Wonderful chef and wonderful waiter!! So nice!!! We visited the restaurant advised by a Munich friend and the experience was really good. The food is very good and the service is very kind. Don't hesitate visit them!!
