Update 2019: Mr Sakuma sold the restaurant about 3 years ago ... he did stick around for a year or 2 to help out the new owners and then he retired about a year ago. Since then the quality of the food has gone down a little, all the while the price has gone up. Awesome customer service, got my food out quickly, and of course DELICIOUS plates. I had the curry udon and a specialty sushi roll and it was A+. Tastes just like it was from Japan. Amazing local authentic Japanese cuisine. Love the food and the beautiful presentation. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Will always tell people to try Sakuma in their travels! Vegetarian options: They have so many options for veggies!
