Have to be critical here I'm afraid. Pluses : Service polite, friendly and reasonably prompt. Portions large Wine list: Non existent but a choice of carafe wines which for bulk wine was expensive. Menu: Blackboard menu on the wall, No entrees. Range of dishes many not typical Alsacian. Many dishes pre-prepared. All a bit rustic and basic. Restaurant recommended by a Mulhouse resident I met by chance and very good advice. Traditional Alsatian cuisine. Simple and good dishes. Don't look for originality here, but come here to eat like you would at home. No wine list but a proposal from the server of Alsatian grape varieties by the glass or pitcher which is quite correct. What can I say other than: Perfect? A winstub as we like them, in the heart of Mulhouse, with Alsatian decoration and above all good Alsatian and Homemade dishes!!! Delicious, hearty, generous, tasty... So many adjectives to define this place. The service: Impeccable. Pierrot knows how to put us at ease. His little touches and his good humor will make this meal a superb moment. You feel at home when you eat at Henriette... Good little dishes like at grandma's. What to say except: Perfect? A winstub as we love them, in the heart of Mulhouse, to the Alsatian decoration and especially to the good alsatian dishes and House!!! Delicious, hearty, generous, taste... so many adjectives to define this place. Service: Impeccable. Pierrot can make us feel comfortable. His little attention and good mood will make this meal, a great time. We feel at home when we eat at Henriette's... Good dishes like Grandma's.
